Folly Beach Full Moon Yoga

Gentle, mindful flow, deep stretches, and a community meditation with the intention to heal, unify, and spread LOVE. Let’s dig our toes in the soft cool sand, open our selves to the healing energies, and emerge and reconnect together, all under the beautiful full moon.

No need to sign up in advance. Just meet us out on the beach.

Class is donation-based and open-level. Bring your own towel or mat, water, and anything you may need to be comfortable during Savasana (jacket, socks, blanket, etc.).
